HOW TO SUBMIT

Submission & Peer Review

JAIBHS accepts submissions year-round. Manuscripts are reviewed on a rolling basis and placed into the next available issue once accepted.

Submission Requirements

Complete the online submission form
Upload your manuscript in Word (.docx) format
Include: Title page, Abstract, Main text, References (APA or Vancouver)
Include a PRISMA diagram if applicable

Fees

$55 publication fee (requested only after acceptance).

No hidden fees
Need-based fee waivers available

Review Process

1) Initial Screening

We check relevance to AI & health sciences, plagiarism, and formatting/completeness.

2) Double-Blind Peer Review

2–3 trained reviewers evaluate literature search quality, inclusion/exclusion criteria, accuracy, clarity, bias.

3) Editorial Decision

You will receive one of: Accept • Accept with revisions • Revise & resubmit • Reject with feedback

AI use policy: Submissions must be human-written. AI tools may be used for grammar checks, formatting, and reference organization — but not to generate text, analysis, or data.

Note: Cloudflare Pages is static hosting. To accept actual file uploads, we’ll connect this to a real form solution (Google Forms, Formspree, or a simple backend).
